corn pudding (1)

1 (12 oz.) Can cream style corn
1 Can whole kernel corn
1 Egg
1/2 Cup of flour
1/2 Cup of sugar
1/2 Cup of Evaporated (canned) Milk
1/2 Stick of butter
1 Teaspoon vanilla flavor
1 Dash of Nutmeg
1 Dash of Cinnamon

Combine the flour, sugar, egg and milk. 
Melt the butter and add to the mixture. 
Add the above items to the corn in a casserole dish, 
mix thoroughly. Add the vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon, 
and stir well into the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 
until brown and at the right consistency. This should 
be about an hour, best results are normally if you insert 
a knife in the center and it comes out clean.
